NEAT, LEGIBLE and should be in PENCIL or typed on computer. Notebook: Ring

2. HOMEWORK/ MISSED
CLASSES/ LATE WORK
- YOU are responsible
for knowing the assignment and completing items which
correspond to the daily lessons, even if you miss a
class for ANY reason. Refer to student handbook rules
& regs and attached syllabi with assignments.
- Homework may be
assessed at any time. Expect three major tests per nine
weeks; approximately every 2.5 weeks. Quizzes and sets of
problems will also be required.
- You are responsible
for any and all work missed. If you miss only one day of
class, you are still responsible for assignments. If a
test was scheduled, you must take the test at tutorials
the day you return.
- For field trips, work
should be completed PRIOR to leaving for the trip.
- In the event several
days are missed, all work must be scheduled to be made up
ON THE DAY YOU RETURN. You will have ONE week to
make up work, the exception being long extended illness.
- SUSPENSIONS: Students
who get suspended and receive assignments will be
required to submit ALL missed assignments the DAY they
return to class. Failure to comply will result in forfeit

submitted on time, even if you are absent. If you fail to
submit work on time, you will be required to attend
tutorials that day to complete assignment and receive at
least a 10% reduction in grade. Later, grade = 0.

responsible for his/her own work. Students caught cheating or sharing
